Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
At 1111 (11:11) we take your privacy seriously. We're a web studio from the Río de la Plata, and this policy explains — plainly — what data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it. Any questions, write to info@1111.uy.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your data is 1111, reachable at info@1111.uy.
2. What data we collect
- What you give us: if you write to us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we keep what you share (your name, your contact details and the content of your message) so we can reply.
- Browsing data: with your consent, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) that collect technical and usage data — pages you visit, device type, browser and approximate location from your IP — to understand how the site is used and improve it. This data doesn't tell us who you are.
- Forms: the site has no forms, so we don't collect data that way.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. We use two kinds:
- Necessary: they store your theme preference (light or dark) and your cookie choice. They don't require consent.
- Analytics (optional): those from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. They only activate if you accept them in the banner.
You can change your choice anytime by clearing the site's data in your browser; the banner will show again next time.
4. What we use your data for
- To answer your questions and provide our service.
- To measure site usage and improve it.
We don't make automated decisions or profiling that affects you.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with the providers that make the service work: Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel) and our hosting and email providers. Each one handles the data under its own privacy policy.
6. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for analytics) and our legitimate interest in replying when you contact us.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or ask us to delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@1111.uy. We operate in Argentina and Uruguay, under Law 25.326 (AR) and Law 18.331 (UY); you may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority (AAIP in Argentina, URCDP in Uruguay).
8. How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as our relationship lasts and as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to each tool's own periods.
9. Minors
The site is aimed at professionals, not minors. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date above; if the change is significant, we'll flag it on the site.
11. Contact
